Hello! My name is Anushka, and I’m from sunny Florida, living in the bustling New York City, lusting for travel! I continue to work full-time at my job and have incorporated travel into my lifestyle! I’m lucky to wander the world with my husband, Danny, and dog, Apollo!

I’m Anushka, the creator of Anushka in Wanderland! Welcome to my travel blog, where I record all my adventures! I discovered my passion for traveling and exploring new places. So I decided to post about my experiences to help others plan their trips.
My home base is the big apple, NYC! I love everything from road trips and quick weekend getaways to large international adventures. There isn’t a place where I hope my experiences will inspire others to broaden their horizons.
While I continue to work full-time, I travel as much as possible and keep blogging as my passion. Most people may not want to leave their job full to travel full-time, but they still want to explore what they can. Because of this, I create easy-to-follow travel guides allowing for efficient travel while working 9-5!

Meet Danny
Meet Danny, my husband, best friend, and travel partner! We took our first trip to the Grand Canyon for my 25th birthday. We embarked on our first significant hiking adventure to Havasu Falls, which was a fantastic experience.
This trip got us out of our comfort zones, and we developed a greater appreciation for traveling and exploring the outdoors. Since then, we’ve been traveling together around the world!
Meet Apollo
Meet Apollo, me, and Danny’s favorite (and only) dog! Apollo loves traveling just as much as us, and we try to bring him on as many trips as possible.
Apollo loves hiking, exploring new dog-friendly towns, and eating at dog-friendly restaurants. I have several posts about dog-friendly travel itineraries and resources if you ever want to bring your pup on your trips.
